Probably the tastiest and most reliable quick Chinese spot in this area. I lived here for several months and tried all of the nearby places, and Kong Long is the one that earned my loyalty. The wings are great, large juicy pieces, well cooked. All the rice dishes and noodle dishes have been great. You don't come into a spot like this and expect it to look like a sit down restaurant in terms of cleanliness or ambiance. They don't expect you to eat in the restaurant, and you shouldn't eat in the restaurant. The house is basically a waiting room. If this is an issue for you as a diner, Panda Express is probably more your speed. But this place has better food, and the staff care more about what they are doing. The best of its kind in the Villa Rica area.
I got a shrimp lo mein and a regular lo mein and it was really good! The service there is really good but they have a lot of orders so you have to wait just a little bit. But overall I'm going there again.
We Would definitely recommend. It's a quick in and out place if you order ahead and the woman at the counter is always friendly to friendly faces-so be friendly. Food is made to order, so you are going to have to wait a bit if you walk up to order. My family has been going here at least every couple of months for many years. We've tried many things on the menu and have never once had a bad meal. Huge portions. Family favorites are the Lo Mein, General Tso's, Cashew Chicken, and dumplings. My favorite is the beef and broccoli. The broccoli is cooked perfectly with just a slight crunch and the beef has little to no fat.
There food is always tasty and the service is always speedy. I definitely recommend to anyone. And try there sweet tea!!!
The food was good. I got the General Tso's chicken. There was a little too much sauce, but other than that it was good. Customer service was also good. The egg roll is mostly cabbage, is not all cabbage. I'm not complaining, but some people might not like it. All in all, great food and service.
